Meet Rachel Mohl
Rachel is the creator behind Rural Meanings, where cozy creativity meets practical strategy. She helps creative outdoorsy small business owners with simplifying product creation, email marketing, and visibility through collaboration.
✨The Experiment
Rachel experimented with engaging her affiliates through a better affiliate system. She ran a Birthday Sale for 50% off her new shop in January with a new product added at the beginning of the sale period and another new product added in the middle of the sale period.
🏆The Result
✅ Her new PLR Pretty Mini Book quickly became a top seller
✅ Birthday Sale generated more revenue than her most recent 2 campaigns (her Black Friday Offers, Cozy 12 Day Advent) each did
✅ Better affiliate platform meant better affiliate engagement
✅ Mid-sale product drop kept momentum going throughout the promotion
🛠️ Tips & Tools
- Invest in a good affiliate platform from the start. Rachel moved her shop twice because the first two platforms didn’t have affiliate systems that worked well for her business.
- Engage with your affiliates. Send them shop updates and offers they can promote.
